Welcome to NEBA Board New Member David Kirk

WELCOME to new NEBA Board member David Kirk, a Tallahassee Financial Adviser for Financial Design Associates – Mass Mutual.  David has been appointed by the Board to take the place of Tom Napier, former NEBA President and Board member who is resigning due to a potential conflict of interest with his new gubernatorial appointment.  David, who was the next highest vote getter in the last election, will fill the unexpired term of Tom’s seat which will end on December 2017.
