This month’s program will be presented by City of Tallahassee City Manager Ricardo "Rick" Fernandez. Fernandez was appointed City Manager in November of 2015, after long time Manager Anita Favors-Thompson retired. Fernandez has worked for the City for more than 27 years, most recently serving as the Assistant City Manager of Utility Services overseeing Electric and Underground Utilities, Solid Waste, Business Services, StarMetro, Golf Courses and Fleet Management. He will discuss his goals, and recent reorganization of City Departments and employees.
