The Network of Entrepreneurs and Business Advocates (NEBA) will hold their monthly membership meeting on February 23, 11:30 am – 1:00 pm at the Capital City Country Club. This month’s program will be presented by Alex Baker, CEO of Blackwater Resources and the developer of the Centre of Tallahassee. The former Tallahassee Mall is being transformed into a mixed use development that developers claim will make it the center of retail, culture, arts, dining, and entertainment in Tallahassee.
