The Network of Entrepreneurs and Business Advocates (NEBA) will hold their monthly membership meeting on April 26, 11:45 am – 1:00 pm at the Capital City Country Club. The meeting will feature a candidate forum with candidates vying for City Commission Seat 1 (Bruce Strouble, Rick Minor, Luther Lee, & Gloria Pugh) and Seat 2 (Incumbent Curtis Richardson and Steven Hougland). The discussion will be moderated by NEBA Program Chair Ted Thomas; written questions will be accepted from NEBA members in the audience and ballots will be available for NEBA members to conduct a straw poll.
Costs for the luncheon are $20 for members, $25 for guests; the buffet line opens at 11:15 and the meeting will start at 11:45 (note new times to accommodate the longer meeting format). For more information: visit www.nebatallahassee.org or email email@example.com.
Last month’s program featured a panel discussion with the three candidates for State’s Attorney, 2nd Judicial Circuit: Jack Campbell, Sean Desmond, and Pete Williams. A straw poll of NEBA members ranked the candidates as follows: 1) Jack Campbell; 2) Pete Williams; 3) Sean Desmond. Click here to see a recording of that presentation.
